graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from CSU, Sacramento in
1986 and a Master of Public Health in Maternal and Child Health from UC Berkeley in
1989. I am certified as a Birth Doula by Doulas of North America. I am
married and have two (almost) grown daughters. I am awed by the power
of nature, and by the unique connection women have to the earth. I
have a deep respect and reverence for childbirth, and believe that women are
empowered when we experience our bodies' strength and wisdom in the birth process. I am honored to share your journey as women and as mothers.
